Our client is a leading UK Investment bank with a stable trading and operating platform. Having become involved in the area of commodities some years previously, the team are currently looking to bring on board an experienced trading lawyer to the commodities desk. Working within the team, you will advise on legal structure of transactions, event driven situations and working to various trading documents and agreements. Based on the trading floor, this role will be fast paced, requiring a strong degree of quick thinking and ability to work under pressure.

They seek a 5-8 year post qualified lawyer with in house experience of commodities or energy trading. Exposure to trading agreements and also physical trading scenarios is ideal. The ability to work quickly and efficiently as part of a team or on own your project is essential.
